AssertionMessage

These messages contain unencrypted data describing something about a PublicKey. All such messages have three parts:

Start date

A CAKEDate representing the date on which the assertion becomes valid.

Expire date

A CAKEDate representing the date on which the assertion is considered void and should no longer be propogated.

The message body

Depends on the type of the assertion. Two examples are KeyAssertion, and LocationAssertion

The statements one can make using SDSI's S-expressions are nearly identical to what I envision for AssertionMessages.

These are used as answers to questions in the CAKENIP protocol.
